Non-alcoholic beer is actually a low-alcohol drink, since it still contains about 0.5% ethyl alcohol by volume. Although it does not cause significant harm to health, it cannot be considered absolutely safe.
Immediately after drinking, you should not drive - the breathalyzer will show a non-zero value. An additional reason to find fault with the driver can be a specific beer smell. As a result, you may have to spend a lot of time to prove sobriety by going through a medical examination.
Due to the alcohol content, non-alcoholic beer is undesirable while taking drugs that are not compatible with alcohol. Pregnant women are strongly discouraged from drinking this drink, especially in the first trimester. On the other hand, during the feeding period, the potential harm will be minimal.

Drinking beer and beer-based drinks in public places, including on the street, is an administrative offense. At the same time, the Code of Administrative Violations does not regulate the alcohol content in beer.
