The benefits of carrots cannot be questioned, they contain a lot of beta-carotene, which in the human body turns into vitamin A. To maximize the beneficial properties of carrots, you need to eat them raw. But nibbling one carrot every day is not the case, so it's time to familiarize yourself with recipes for raw carrot salads.
Carrot salad
Ingredients:
- 200 g of carrots;
- 1 orange;
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice;
- 1 tbsp. spoon of honey.
Peel raw carrots, rub on a fine grater. Peel the orange, peel the slices from the films, cut. Mix honey with lemon juice, pour into salad, mix.
Carrot salad with apples
Ingredients:
- 250 g of canned corn;
- 200 g of carrots;
- 150 g of apples;
- 100 g of raisins;
- 4 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice.
Peel fresh apples, cut into cubes. Sort out the raisins, rinse in warm water, let it dry. Grate the carrots, mix all the ingredients, add the canned corn liquid. Season with sour cream, lemon juice, sugar. Mix thoroughly.
Carrot salad with walnuts and rice
Ingredients:
- 200 g of carrots;
- 200 g of boiled rice;
- 80 g of walnuts;
- 4 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of celery greens;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of wine vinegar;
- salt, sugar.
Chop the celery finely, grate the carrots on a large grater. Combine carrots with celery and rice. Fry the chopped walnut kernels in vegetable oil. Mix 2 tbsp separately. tablespoons of butter, sugar, salt, vinegar until smooth. Add walnuts, stir, pour into rice. Chill the salad and serve immediately.
