Step 1

Make a seafood salad. To do this, take 200 grams of lobster meat and boil it in lightly salted water for 20 minutes. Cool and cut into small cubes. Chop 300 grams of fresh cabbage into thin strips. Grate 3 small carrots on a medium grater. Season the salad with mayonnaise, salt, mix all the ingredients and garnish with fresh herbs.

To prepare an exotic soup, peel one head of onion and 5 cloves of garlic, chop. Coarsely chop a handful of celery leaves, a sprig of parsley, and a bunch of green onions. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, melt 75 grams of butter, sift half a cup of flour, fry until the mixture of butter and flour turns light brown. Then add the onion and one tablespoon of corn oil. Stir and continue to fry until the onions are soft, about 5 minutes. Pour 600 grams of boiling water into a saucepan, add half a teaspoon of cumin seeds, the same amount of coriander seeds, one teaspoon each of thyme and hot red pepper. Place 2 bay leaves, 2 star anise stars and 1 teaspoon brown sugar in a saucepan. Reduce heat to very low and cook for about half an hour. Be careful not to burn anything and stir the ingredients from time to time. Once the liquid has boiled down to one third, add the garlic and 400 grams of lobster tails. Simmer the dish for another 20 minutes, then add the prepared herbs, stir and turn off the heat. Serve the soup in bowls with white boiled rice.

In order to cook fried lobsters, peel 8 necks from shells and cut them lengthwise. Whisk 2 chicken eggs, 80 grams of milk, add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Pour the mixture of equal amounts of flour and breadcrumbs onto a flat plate. Pour 100 grams of vegetable oil into a hot frying pan. Dip each neck in the egg mixture, then roll in the breadcrumbs and place in the skillet. Grill over high heat for three minutes. Serve the finished dish on lettuce leaves.
