Ready porridge can be seasoned with butter or vegetable oil. Those with a sweet tooth can add a few tablespoons of any jam, syrup, or a handful of fresh berries to their plate. This dish is very popular with young children. They eat it with pleasure and call it "bite-bite" or "bite-bite". Porridge from this cereal can be a separate dish, or it can be used as a side dish for the second. It can be included in desserts and salads. It is also suitable for filling baked vegetables: peppers, zucchini, cabbage. Dry grits can be used for breading. The salad "Taboule with couscous" is very interesting. To prepare it, you will need 150 g of couscous, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of fresh mint leaves, lemon juice, 4-5 onion stalks, 1 bell pepper, 2 tomatoes, parsley, black pepper and salt to taste. Pour 350 ml of boiling water over the groats and let it brew for 5 minutes. Remove seeds from pepper and cut into small pieces. Also chop the tomatoes. Finely chop the onion, parsley and mint. Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper to the steamed cereal and let it brew for a while so that the couscous will absorb their aromas. Then add green onions, mint, parsley, peppers, tomatoes and mix thoroughly. It turns out to be incredibly tasty!
