Step 3
Fry for a few minutes, thoroughly mix the minced meat with vegetables, add the tomatoes.
Step 4
Mix all the ingredients well in a frying pan, add seasonings and spices, mix again and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Pour white wine into the pan, add mashed tomatoes and tomato paste, stir and simmer for another 30 minutes, not forgetting to stir from time to time.
Step 6
At this time, prepare the béchamel sauce. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add salt and ground nutmeg. Pour in flour gradually, mix quickly and pour in a little milk, constantly stirring the sauce so that no lumps form. As soon as the bechamel begins to boil, remove it from the heat.
Step 7
In a saucepan, boil water with a little salt and olive oil. Boil the cannelloni sheets according to the instructions on the package.
Step 8
We lay out the finished sheets on the work surface. We put about a spoonful of minced meat on each sheet - this must be done very carefully so as not to stain the edges of the cannelloni, otherwise it will be difficult to roll them into tubes.
Step 9
We form the tubes, put them in a form greased with olive oil. After that, you can add the remaining minced meat to the tubes.
Step 10
Fill the cannelloni with the béchamel sauce, sprinkle with generously grated cheese and send it to the oven preheated to 250C for 15-20 minutes.
