It is necessary

  • - 4 tbsp. l. milk;
  • - 8 tbsp. honey;
  • - 200 g of butter;
  • - 150 g of sugar;
  • - 1, 5 tsp soda;
  • - 4 eggs;
  • - 5-5, 5 tbsp. flour;
  • - a pinch of salt.
  • Cream
  • - 600 g sour cream (the fatter the better);
  • - 300 g cream cheese;
  • - 100 g of icing sugar.

Step 1

Put honey and milk in a saucepan, add salt and pepper. Stir the mixture constantly. Cook over low heat. Add butter (or margarine) to a saucepan and stir again. Now add heat, add soda there and beat well.

Step 2

After the foam appears, keep it on the fire for a few more minutes and remove from the stove. The resulting mixture should have a caramel color. Let the mixture cool, then beat the eggs there and beat with a mixer. Gradually add flour, one glass at a time. While the dough is liquid, stir it with a mixer, but thick - with your hands. Put the dough in the cold for half an hour. Then divide into several balls and roll each of them on pastry paper. Make punctures with a fork around the entire perimeter of the crust.

Bake each cake for 7 minutes at 180 degrees. The cake is baked very quickly, watch the oven. Cut the finished cake to the desired shape, and put the trimmings in a separate bowl. While the dough is baking, make a cream. Whisk the sour cream, cheese and powdered sugar using a mixer.

Step 4

Collect the cooled cakes into a cake, spreading cream between them. Sprinkle the scraps over the top and sides of the cake. Let the cake soak for 12 hours. Decorate as you like.
