Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C. Cut the butter into pieces and in a bowl, begin to mix it with flour and powdered sugar with our hands. As soon as the mass becomes homogeneous, add a slightly beaten egg to it and knead the elastic dough.
Step 2
Divide the dough into two equal parts, add cocoa to one of them and mix again so that the dough becomes a homogeneous chocolate color.
Step 3
We form the same sausages with a diameter of 3 centimeters from both parts of the dough. We cut them very carefully along.
Step 4
Lightly moisten the cut of each half with water and combine the chocolate dough with white.
Step 5
Cut the resulting sausage lengthwise to make half a cylinder with a white and chocolate part. Lubricate the slice of dough again with water and connect the parts so that you get a cylinder with alternating chocolate and white components.
Step 6
Cut the dough into pieces 0.7-0.8 mm thick and bake them for 13-15 minutes. Nice and crumbly cookies are ready!
