Instructions

Step 1

Lentils do not require pre-soaking in water. Boil 500 ml of water, put the washed lentils in it, cook for about 35 minutes over medium heat. While the lentils are cooking, whisk the olive oil and apple cider vinegar mixture until smooth and add salt. Pour in the finished cooled lentils, stir the mixture, let it brew for about 15 minutes.

Step 2

Cut the bread for sandwiches into slices 0.7 cm thick, dry it in a toaster or in a skillet / grill, rub with garlic on one side, finely chop the cooked greens, onion.

Step 3

Mash soft cheese with a fork, add milk or cream, add onion, mix everything thoroughly.

Step 4

Spread the cheese mixture on the bread, sprinkle with onions, pepper to taste, place 2 teaspoons of the lentil mixture on top, serve immediately.
