Cabbage salad Chop the fresh white cabbage, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the bell pepper into small cubes, finely chop the green onion. Mix all ingredients and season with mayonnaise. Season with salt and black pepper.
Additional ingredients for cabbage salad - dried apricots, raisins, apples, pineapple. The salad also tastes interesting if you add a little walnuts or peanuts to it.
For a more satisfying meal, fry a small amount of bacon until crisp and add to the salad.

Cabbage Pie: Chop the cabbage and mash it with your hands and salt. To help the salt absorb and the cabbage juice out, set aside the cabbage and start making pie dough. To do this, mix eggs, flour, salt, soda, mayonnaise and sour cream. The dough should be liquid, like a pancake, but it should be mixed well so that there are no lumps. Melt margarine in the microwave. It is better to put baking paper in the baking dish. Pour a thin layer of dough on it - this is the basis of the pie. Put all the cabbage on a layer of dough and pour it with melted margarine. Smooth the surface of the cabbage and fill it with dough on top. We put the pie in a preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about half an hour. Then we reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and bake the cake for another 20 minutes so that the excess cabbage juice evaporates. Turn the finished cake upside down and sprinkle with grated cheese. We leave for a few minutes, after which you can serve it to the table.

Cabbage pancakes Chop the cabbage and put it in boiling water for half a minute. Salt the blanched cabbage and add spices. Then prepare the dough - mix eggs, flour, salt, sugar, kefir and vegetable oil. Add cabbage. Stir the dough. You need to fry the pancakes like this - spread the dough with a large spoon on a hot frying pan and fry on both sides until golden brown. From the specified amount of dough, about 20-25 pancakes should be obtained. Serve the pancakes with sour cream.
