Pastila is a sweetness that is very popular all over the world. This dessert is not only very tasty, but also incredibly healthy, and pumpkin marshmallow is a storehouse of vitamins. This product contains vitamins A, C and E (vitamins of youth), K, D, T, PP, C, as well as group B.
It is necessary
- - one medium-sized pumpkin;
- - two sour apples;
- - 300 grams of honey;
- - a teaspoon of vanillin extract;
- - a teaspoon of cinnamon;
- - a teaspoon of ground ginger;
- - some vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the apples and pumpkin well and dry them. Cut the food into quarters, remove the seeds, cut the peel. Cut into small wedges.
Step 2
Put the chopped slices in a blender bowl, grind them until puree (you need to grind very carefully so that the puree ultimately turns out to be homogeneous, without large lumps).
Step 3
Transfer the resulting puree to a deep bowl, add honey (honey is best used fresh), ginger, cinnamon and vanilla extract, mix everything well (you can beat the mass).
Step 4
Put parchment on a baking sheet, oil it well with vegetable oil (you can use a brush). Put the prepared semi-liquid mass on a baking sheet and flatten it.
Step 5
Preheat oven to 60 degrees and place a baking sheet in it for at least five hours. The drying process should be carried out with the oven door open so that excess moisture can evaporate freely.
Step 6
After a while, check the readiness of the marshmallow, press on it with a spoon and, if it is soft and elastic, then the drying process can be stopped. Cut the finished marshmallow into cubes or squares and place on a plate. If desired, the marshmallow can be sprinkled with powdered sugar on top.
