Sweets can be made at home. A few minutes of free time and you will get a delicacy without preservatives and dyes. For example, apple marshmallow. It is very easy to make such a sweet at home.
It is necessary
- - 3-4 apples;
- - 400g sugar;
- - vanillin to taste;
- - 3 teaspoons of protein;
- - icing sugar for sprinkling;
- - 1 tsp with a slide of agar-agar;
- - 60g of water.
Instructions
Step 1
Start making your marshmallow at home by soaking the agar. Fill the agar with water and wait for it to swell. In the meantime, bake the apples in the microwave until soft, you need 4-5 minutes.
Step 2
From ready-made apples, select the pulp with a spoon and beat with a blender until smooth. For 250 g of apple mass for homemade marshmallows, take 250 g of sugar and vanillin to taste. Mix everything well and place in the refrigerator until it cools completely.
Step 3
Cooking the apple marshmallow further. Heat swollen agar-agar until dissolved. Pour in 150 g of sugar and wait for it to dissipate. At the same time, keep the mass on low heat all the time, and then remove.
Step 4
Remove the cooled marshmallow apple puree, add the proteins to it and beat with a mixer at maximum speed. You will get a white thick mass. Switch the mixer to low speed and pour in a thin stream of hot agar-agar with sugar.
Step 5
Pour the sweet homemade apple marshmallow mass into a foil-covered mold, no more than 2 cm in height, level the surface and leave to set. After 5-6 hours, the apple marshmallow is ready at home. Sprinkle it with powdered sugar, turn it over, remove the film and sprinkle it again. Cut into cubes, roll them well in powdered sugar, dry the marshmallow for 6 hours and you can feast on it.
