    • 120 g pumpkin or zucchini;
    • 80 g of tomatoes;
    • 100 g sour cream;

    • For lean stewed cabbage:
    • 500 g of cabbage;
    • 2 onions;
    • 1 carrot;
    • 1 bell pepper;
    • 50 g sunflower oil;
    • 100 g tomato sauce;
    • salt to taste;

Step 1

To prepare stewed cabbage with sour cream or cream, take fresh cabbage, rinse it, chop it and cook for 10-15 minutes in water salted to taste. Then fry each vegetable in a skillet in butter separately from each other. While the vegetables are fried, rinse and cut fresh cabbage into squares, put in a saucepan, pour a little water into it and boil it in a sealed container. When all the vegetables are fried, add them to the kale and cook the kale and vegetables until almost cooked. Rinse tomatoes, garlic, courgettes or pumpkin, chop them and add along with sour cream to the cooking dish.
