It is necessary

  • For cutlets:
  • - 500 grams of minced chicken,

  • - 1 clove of garlic,
  • - some green onions (to taste),
  • - a little salt.
  • For filling:
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of thick sour cream,
  • - 100 grams of hard cheese.
  • For the sauce:
  • - 1 onion,
  • - 200 grams of champignons,
  • - 200 ml of cream,
  • - 30 grams of butter,
  • - 1 teaspoon of starch.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash carrots, peel, finely three, mix with minced chicken. Add one yolk, finely chopped green onions, chopped garlic clove, salt and pepper to taste, mix.

Beat the protein until a light foam forms, mix with the minced meat.

Step 3

Finely three cheese and mix with a tablespoon of thick sour cream - this will be the filling for cutlets. Cutlets can be cooked without filling - if desired, but with filling it turns out much tastier.

Step 4

We take a small portion of minced meat and knead it into a cake. Put the cheese filling on the cake and roll the minced meat into a cutlet, which we roll in breading. In this way, we make the rest of the cutlets. Fry the cutlets until tender.

Step 5

Cooking the sauce.

Peel and chop the onion (cut into small cubes), fry in butter. Add mushroom plates to the pan to the onion (cut in advance). We evaporate the juice from the mushrooms. Salt and pepper to taste. Add 200 ml of cream and simmer the sauce over low heat for five minutes. We dilute the starch in two tablespoons of water and add the starch mixture to the sauce, continue cooking for another two minutes. Serve cutlets with sauce and your favorite side dish.
