Avocado, crab sticks, smoked fish, cheese, fresh vegetables - filling for rolls at home can be very different, it all depends on imagination. You can try to combine a variety of foods with each other by adding ketchup, mayonnaise, sour cream, or other sauces. Delicious unusual rolls are made from seafood such as mussels and shrimps. The simplest homemade filling can be a smoked chicken omelet. Sweet rolls of cottage cheese, cheese and fruits are prepared for children. For the cucumber and crab meat filling you will need:

- 200 g of crab sticks;

- 2-3 pickled gherkins;

Cucumbers and crab sticks are cut into thin narrow strips, feta cheese is cut into small pieces, then mayonnaise, caviar are added and everything is mixed. Boiled rice is laid out on nori, and ready-made filling is placed on it. After that, the sheet is carefully rolled up, rolled in sesame seeds and cut into portions. These rolls are served with soy sauce.

For the meat filling you will need:

- 3 thin Armenian lavash;

- 300 g minced meat;

- onion;

- 5 eggs;

- 200 g of cheese;

- greens.

Minced meat with onions is stewed until half cooked. Eggs are separately beaten and added to the meat. For 10 minutes everything is fried, then herbs, pepper and salt are added. Then all wrapped rolls, laid on a baking sheet, are baked for 10 minutes. This filling is tasty and nutritious.

For the filling and avocado you will need:

- rice;

- 1 avocado;

- 1 fresh cucumber;

- 1 carrot;

- can of fish caviar;

- packaging of curd cheese;

- soy sauce;

- 400 g of lightly salted salmon or salmon.

All ingredients are cut into thin strips. The avocado is sprinkled with lemon juice so as not to darken. A layer of boiled rice is laid on a nori sheet, then everything is turned over and coated with curd cheese.
