Cupcakes are perhaps the easiest dessert to make. This is a simple recipe with uncomplicated ingredients found in every home. You can delight your family with these various fillings even every day, surprise guests at dinner parties and hone your culinary skills.
Recipe for baking muffins:
- 1, 5 cups flour (preferably sifted);
- a glass of sugar (to taste, less);
- 150 g butter (melt);
- a teaspoon of soda, slaked vinegar (required!);
- 4 tablespoons of sour cream;
- 3 eggs;
- a pinch of salt;
- a bag of vanillin (less or even excluded).
From kitchen utensils: a metal baking dish and paper (silicone) molds.
The dough should be like thick sour cream. Bake in an oven preheated to 150 degrees for about 20 minutes. It will be ready when, when pierced with a toothpick, the dough does not remain. Cupcakes should be soft, not golden brown.
Note! The mold should be filled 3/4 full with dough.

1. Raisins. This is the most popular and classic ingredient. Do not forget to pre-soak the berries in hot water. It is necessary that they soften and swell. Then it will be very tasty.
2. Nuts (fruit and nut mixture). I recommend grinding this filling into small cubes in a blender.
3. Candied fruits. The multicolored candied fruits are not only delicious, but also beautiful. Cupcake with red-green-yellow splashes will cheer you up. Do not forget to grind such a filling.
4. Poppy. It must be poured with boiling water, otherwise the taste will not be felt. Blot with a paper towel before adding to the dough.
5. Coconut flakes. Add more for a special coconut flavor.
6. Cranberries, lingonberries are my favorite filling. The berries give a delicate and pleasant sourness combined with a sweet dough.
7. Lemon and orange peel. A classic ingredient. For conservative hostesses.
8. Spices (ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon). The main thing here is not to overdo it.
9. Chocolate chips. To get a decent crumb, pre-chill the chocolate bar in the refrigerator, then in a blender for a couple of seconds. Done.
10. Thick jam. Such filling must be thick. Teaspoon maximum. Don't overdo it, or the cupcake won't work.
