Stuffed eggs will be an excellent mini-snack for both a festive and everyday table. Among the abundance of fillings, you can choose a recipe for every taste.
Filling with caviar. Peel boiled eggs and cut into halves. Remove the yolks (they can be used to prepare other fillings). Put a spoonful of any caviar in each half of the egg, you can add a leaf of parsley on top.
Filling with cheese and garlic. Fill the egg halves with a heap with a mixture of grated cheese, yolks, mayonnaise and garlic.
Cod liver filling. Mash cod liver with yolk and fried onions. Stuff the eggs with this mixture.
Filling with mushrooms. Mix the mushrooms (chanterelles or champignons) fried with onions with yolk and sour cream and fill the eggs.
Ham filling. Season the finely chopped ham with sour cream or mayonnaise and arrange in egg halves.
Filling with pickled cucumber. Grate pickled cucumber, mix with yolk and mayonnaise, fill eggs with a slide.
Filling with olives. Finely chopped olives (olives can be) season with mayonnaise and add grated yolk. Put the filling in half of the whites, garnish with circles of olives.
Filling with tuna. Mix the canned tuna for salads with the yolk and stuff the proteins with this mixture.
Filling with walnuts. Mix chopped nuts with yolk, grated cheese, garlic and mayonnaise. Fill with eggs and garnish with nuts on top.
Herring filling. Finely chop the fillet of salted or smoked herring, add pickled onions. Fill the proteins with the mixture, decorate as desired.
