Rooibos.
1 teaspoon is brewed at a temperature of 90 to 100 degrees for 5-6 minutes.

Herbal tea.
1 teaspoon is brewed at a temperature of 85 to 100 degrees for 3-5 minutes.
Step 9
Mate.
1 teaspoon is brewed at a temperature of 90 to 100 degrees for 5-6 minutes.
