The boundless properties of rose hips are amazing. After all, the concentration in them of substances that are very important for human health cannot be compared with many medicinal plants. However, roots, seeds, and petals can also be helpful. In order for the rosehip to be as useful as possible for the body, it must be brewed correctly.
Preparation of infusion
When brewing rose hips, it is very important to accurately observe the proportions: ten parts of water should fall on one part of the plant. Accordingly, one liter of boiling water requires one hundred grams of rose hips. And that's about four tablespoons. The best solution would be to insist the fruit in a thermos. To do this, you must first knead them. Next, you need to put them in a thermos, pour boiling water over them and close them well with a lid. A healthy drink should be infused for at least seven hours.
Preparation of the broth
In order for the maximum amount of nutrients to be able to "go out into the water" from the rose hips, you can first boil them. This is done within 5-7 minutes after boiling. Until the water has cooled down, it must be poured into a thermos along with the rose hips, screw the container with a lid and insist for twelve hours. When the broth is ready, strain it. Take one glass before each meal.
