Step 1
If the rose hips are fresh, use the following recipe: mash a tablespoon of berries a little, pour a glass of boiling water, leave for half an hour. With the help of gauze folded in several layers, strain the infusion - and you can use it. In this drink, useful elements, healing substances will be preserved.

If you are going to use dried rose hips for infusion, use the following scheme: take two tablespoons of the fruit, rinse them, pour half a liter of boiling water, leave overnight in a sealed container. It's good if the latter is enameled. Strain in the morning and the infusion is ready.
Step 3
You can also use rosehip decoctions, the cooking process of which also includes boiling. To get a drink in this way, pour a tablespoon of dry rosehip berries with a glass of boiling water, cook for 10 minutes with low heat on the stove, strain and consume.
