The unexpected arrival of guests can be taken by surprise. For such cases, a recipe for some quick treat will come in handy. For example, lavash strudel. He prepares very quickly and will be able to please the guests. The strudel is made with a crispy buttery crust and a very delicate apple-nut filling.
It is necessary
- - thin pita bread - 1 pc.
- - apples - 5 pcs.
- - walnuts - 50 g
- - butter - 50 g
- - sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the apples thoroughly. Peel and core them. Cut the apples into small cubes or pieces.
Step 2
Place the skillet over medium heat and immediately place the sliced apples in it. There is no need to grease the pan. Sprinkle apples with three tablespoons of sugar.
Step 3
Leave the apples to simmer. In the meantime, rinse the walnuts, remove the partitions from them. Chop the walnuts finely.

When the apples are soft and the juice they produce begins to evaporate, turn off the heat under the pan. Spread the pita bread on the table. Smear the entire surface of the pita bread well with butter.
Step 5
Place the walnuts and cooked apples on a sheet of pita bread. Spread them evenly over the surface of the sheet, leaving a free edge of about five centimeters.
Step 6
Gently roll the pita bread into a roll. Brush the strudel with butter and place on a baking sheet. Preheat oven to 180C. Bake until the roll is browned on all sides.
Step 7
Grease the resulting strudel again and cool. Cut the cooled roll into portions and serve. For garnish, you can sprinkle the strudel with powdered sugar.
