Armenian lavash roll with garlic and mustard sauce is an easy and tasty dish.

- - one large sheet of pita bread
- - 250 grams of fat-free sour cream
- - three cloves of garlic
- - salt, mustard, pepper to taste
- - two medium carrots
- - two eggs
- - a small bunch of dill

Step 1
To make Armenian lavash roll with garlic and mustard sauce, we need the sauce itself. Take 250 grams of fat-free sour cream. Peel three garlic cloves and chop in a blender. Add chopped garlic, mustard, black pepper and salt to your sour cream to taste. Whisk with a mixer or whisk. Spread one large sheet of pita bread on the kitchen table. Thoroughly brush with garlic and mustard sauce.
Step 2
Wash two medium carrots, peel and chop in a blender. Place the prepared carrots on top of the pita bread. Boil two eggs, chop finely and spread evenly over the pita bread.
Thoroughly rinse one small bunch of dill, dry, chop finely and also spread on a sheet of pita bread.
Step 3
Wrap the pita bread with the filling tightly in the form of a roll. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for two hours so that the pita roll is soaked.
Before serving, free the pita bread from the foil and cut into even pieces.
