How to cook bean broth
Structure:
- 1 liter of water;
- 400 g beans;
- 300 g of cabbage;
- 3 carrots, 3 tomatoes;
- 2 onions;
- 1 potato;
- salt.
Peel the vegetables, rinse, cut into small pieces, put in a shallow saucepan along with the beans, pour in a liter of water, cook for 20 minutes over low heat. Strain the finished broth.
How to cook cauliflower broth with bell peppers
Structure:
- 1.25 liters of water;
- 200 g of cauliflower;
- 4 sweet bell peppers;
- 1 onion and carrot;
- salt, pepper, cloves.
Rinse the cauliflower, divide into inflorescences. Peel the carrots, cut into 4 pieces lengthwise. Put these ingredients in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil.
