Ingredients:

- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green);

- parsley root, one carrot;

- dill, parsley, green onions;

- salt, oil.

Rinse all vegetables, peel, cut into cubes, sauté in oil. Boil vegetable or meat broth. On vegetable broth, the soup will turn out to be light, on meat it will be more satisfying. Add fried vegetables to the broth, cook over low heat. Boil pasta, add to soup, season with chopped onions and herbs. Salt, serve ready-made soup with sour cream.

Ingredients:

- 2 liters of kefir;

- 10 radishes;

- 2 fresh cucumbers;

- 1 liter of water;

- 3 cloves of garlic;

- 1/2 cup sour cream;

- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of chopped dill;

- salt.

Cut the cucumbers and radishes into strips. Mix kefir with cold water (take boiled water), add salt, chopped garlic cloves, prepared vegetables. Mix, season with sour cream, garnish with chopped dill. This soup is served cold.
