It is necessary
- For 6 servings:
- - 1 onion;
- - 2 liters of water;
- - 1 tsp butter;
- - 3 potatoes;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 300 g broccoli;
- - 1 zucchini;
- - 2 feathers of green onions;
- - 2 sprigs of parsley;
- - salt pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and peel vegetables. Cut zucchini, onions and carrots into half rings, potatoes into cubes. Crush the garlic.
Step 2
Heat butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Fry the onion on it for 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 2 more minutes.
Step 3
Pour water into a saucepan, put potatoes, zucchini and carrots in it. Bring the soup to a boil. Cook it over low heat until vegetables are soft. Season with salt and pepper.

Add broccoli and cook for 3 minutes. Then add the chopped greens and remove the pan from the heat.
