Step 1

Use fresh vegetables for the recipe. Rinse the potatoes well in cold running water. Peel with a sharp knife and cut into small cubes. Wash the carrots, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Can be grated for Korean carrots. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and chop finely. Peel and grate the onion and garlic, you can use a blender, and garlic press for garlic.

Wash the tomatoes in warm water. Take a glass of boiling water.
