Step 1
Use fresh vegetables for the recipe. Rinse the potatoes well in cold running water. Peel with a sharp knife and cut into small cubes. Wash the carrots, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Can be grated for Korean carrots. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and chop finely. Peel and grate the onion and garlic, you can use a blender, and garlic press for garlic.
Step 2
Wash the tomatoes in warm water. Take a glass of boiling water. Place the tomatoes in a small sieve or colander and scald with boiling water, let cool slightly, peel off the peel gently, and mash the pulp with a fork through a sieve. Wash spinach and sorrel greens in cold running water, hang them down with leaves in a cool place so that they dry out and do not crumple. Cut the dried greens into large pieces.
Step 3
Take a small saucepan, about two to three liters, pour baking soda into it and bring to a boil. When the water boils, add a little salt and add potatoes, then pepper and celery, cook for another fifteen minutes, until the potatoes are tender. In a frying pan, fry the onion and garlic in vegetable oil, add the carrots to them, when they are fried, the tomato, simmer for three to five minutes.
Step 4
Make soup dumplings. To do this, beat an egg with salt in a small cup, add cereal and minced meat to it, mix everything and make balls. Add dumplings, fried onions and carrots and herbs to the pan, add a little salt, pour in a thin stream of milk and cook for another twenty minutes.
