- - 4 medium cucumbers
- - 3 bulgarian peppers

Step 1
So, let's get down to making a summer light salad. Take a carrot, rinse it from dirt, and then peel it with a knife or vegetable peeler. Rinse the peeled carrots in cool water, and then grate on a coarse grater. Carrots can also be cut into strips by hand.
Step 2
Remove the top leaves from the cabbage, and finely chop the cabbage itself, and then transfer it to a bowl and sprinkle with salt, remember a little. When the cabbage starts up juice, squeeze it out, and drain the juice.

Rinse the tomatoes, remove the coarse part, cut into cubes.

Rinse the cucumbers, remove the tops from them. Cut the washed and processed cucumbers into small cubes.
Step 5
Remove the seeds from the Bulgarian pepper, then rinse the pepper itself. Cut the washed and dried bell pepper into strips.
Step 6
Combine olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Dressing in a light vegetable salad is ready.
