If you bought a pike perch and do not know what would be so delicious from it, try baking it with vegetables in the oven. You and your family will love it.

- - 4 potatoes;

- - 1 onion;
- - 1 tomato;
- - 100 g of fresh herbs;
- - 100 g of cheese;
- - 100 g sour cream;

Instructions
Step 1
Place a bay leaf on the bottom of a baking dish. Cut the peeled carrots and potatoes into thin slices. Chop the onion in half rings. Then cut the tomato into plastics.
Step 2
Place half of the potatoes in a single row in a baking dish. Place the next layer of carrot circles and onions on top. Now evenly distribute half of the tomato and greens on the surface. Top with the pike perch fillet. Season the dish with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Now lay the remaining vegetables in layers in reverse order: tomato with herbs, onions, carrots and potatoes. Season the dish with a little salt through each layer.
Step 4
Lightly fry the flour in a skillet. Grate the cheese. Combine sour cream with toasted flour and half grated cheese, stir well. Add some salt and pepper and stir again.
Step 5
Fill the resulting layers with this mixture, and sprinkle the remaining half of the cheese on top. Bake the dish in a hot oven (220 degrees). As soon as a golden brown crust forms, reduce the temperature to 150 degrees. The dish is ready as soon as the vegetables are soft and easily pierced with a fork or knife.
