Shrimp and avocado salad does not include a very large number of products. Thanks to the excellent combination of ingredients, its taste is unusual and incomparable. The recipe for this salad does not stand out among other appetizers, but the special sauce gives it an interesting, piquant aftertaste. - avocado - 1-2 pcs;
- frozen shrimp - 200 g;
- tomato - 1 pc;
- pine nuts - 50 g;
- parsley and dill;
- mayonnaise - 40 g;

Instructions
Step 1
Dip the unfrozen shrimp in boiling water. When they come up, cook them for another 10 minutes. Do not overdo it, otherwise the meat will be harsh.

Peel the tomato and avocado and cut into cubes with a sharp knife. In a bowl, combine the avocado pieces. Shrimp and tomato.

Grind nuts in a blender, combine them with lemon juice and mayonnaise. Whisk the mixture and mix thoroughly.
