  • - 4 beef patties
  • - 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
  • - 1 tbsp. l. ketchup
  • - salt and ground black pepper
  • - 125 g boiled shrimp
  • - 1 finely chopped gherkin
  • - 1 peeled and chopped small avocado
  • - a pinch of cayenne pepper
  • - a handful of green lettuce leaves
  • - 2 sliced tomatoes
  • 1/2 small red onion, chopped
  • - 2 tbsp. l. olive oil

Instructions

Step 1

Fry the beef patties. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and ketchup, and season with salt and pepper. Add shrimp and gherkin.

Step 2

Take two plates and place a cutlet on each. Top with half the avocado and shrimp sauce.

Step 3
