An amazingly tasty and bright salad deserves to take pride of place not only on the festive, but also on the everyday table. Shrimps, avocados, vegetables - this is not a salad, but a gourmet's dream.
It is necessary
- Salad:
- - 450 grams of shellless shrimp, frozen and pre-cooked,
- - 100 grams of cherry tomatoes,
- - 2 bell peppers,
- - 2 avocados,
- - 1 cucumber,
- - 20 grams of lettuce,
- - 50 grams of cilantro.
- Sauce:
- - 100 grams of natural Greek yogurt,
- - 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar,
- - 1 clove of garlic,
- - salt to taste,
- - ground black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost 450 grams of shrimp, remove excess liquid. Sort lettuce or any other lettuce leaves, rinse and dry with paper towels (you can leave at room temperature to dry on your own).
Step 2
Rinse cilantro or other fresh herbs (to taste), dry and chop. Remove the seeds from the avocado, cut the pulp into small cubes. Cut the bell pepper and medium cucumber into small cubes. Slice the tomatoes to taste.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine 100 grams of natural Greek yogurt (you can use plain one) with minced clove of garlic and apple cider vinegar, and season with salt and ground pepper.
Step 4
Transfer all prepared vegetables to any convenient container (leave the salad and cilantro), season with sauce and stir.
Step 5
Place the lettuce leaves on a platter or serving plates, on which toss the salad. Garnish with chopped herbs and serve.
