Instructions
Step 1
Hawaiian pizza
To make pizza dough, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar, and let sit for about 10 minutes for the yeast to rise. Sift flour and salt into a bowl. Make a hole in the center of the flour slide. Pour the yeast mixture into it and add the oil. Knead for 8-10 minutes, until elastic dough is formed. Place it in a greased bowl. Cover and set to rise for about 40 minutes, during which time the dough should double in size.
Cut pineapple pulp, ham and green onions into small pieces and stir in a bowl. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Knead the dough and roll it into a rectangle. Spread with pizza sauce, sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Place the ham, pineapple and onion filling.
Roll into a roll and cut 24 slices 1, 5 cm thick. Insert a bamboo stick dipped in water into each piece. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven until golden brown and crispy.
Step 2
Meat balls with cheese
Grate onions, carrots and zucchini. Combine the minced meat, prepared vegetables, tomato paste, barbecue sauce, cheddar cheese, and flour in a deep bowl. Salt and mix thoroughly.
Roll up the balls. Dip each meatball in breadcrumbs. Place in a bowl and cover with cling film. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Put the balls in it and fry them, turning occasionally, for 5-7 minutes. Transfer to a plate on a paper towel to drain off excess fat. Serve hot.
Step 3
Caramelized apples
Pour the water into a heavy-bottomed saucepan, put the powdered sugar in it and put it on a low heat. Heat the mixture for 5-7 minutes until the sugar dissolves. Then turn the heat up and bring to a boil.
Cook the mass for another 30-40 minutes, until it thickens, while constantly stirring and scraping the caramel from the sides of the pan.
Insert an ice cream stick into each apple. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Remove the pan from heat. Let the caramel sit for 30 seconds to keep the bubbles free. Dip 1 apple into the caramel, tilting the pan so that the mixture completely covers the apple. Lift it up to allow excess caramel glass and place on a baking sheet. Do the same with the other apples. After 15-20 minutes, the caramel will harden and the treat can be served.
