An appetizer such as "pickled cheese" is still a rarity on our tables. Surprise your guests and pamper yourself with this simple and delicious dish.
It is necessary
- Cheese 250 g (Maasdam, Gouda, Svala, Russian, etc.)
- Marinade:
- - vegetable refined (preferably olive oil) 100 g;
- - lemon juice 3 tablespoons
- - liquid honey 1, 5 tbsp.
- - basil, thyme, oregano, rosemary (or purchased mixture "Provencal herbs") -
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - a pinch of hot pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade. For an amateur, you can add a crushed clove of garlic.
Step 2
Cut the cheese into 2 * 2 cm cubes, heat a plate and put the cheese on it. Pour marinade over, leave to marinate for 1 hour at room temperature.
Step 3
You can pour the marinade over the pieces of cheese in a jar and store in the refrigerator. If necessary, take out the required number of portions.
