  • - 1/2 tsp. oregano

Instructions

Step 1

Let's knead the dough. Heat the tomato juice slightly over a fire in an enamel container. Add sugar, salt, yeast and stir with a wooden spoon until completely dissolved. Sift the flour and mix it with a food processor or by hand into the tomato juice.

Step 2

Peel and chop the garlic. Stir in with olive oil and oregano (you can use either dried or raw). Leave the dough to rise in a draft-free room, cover with a towel, for 2.5 hours. When it rises again, knead it thoroughly, shape it round and place it on a baking sheet.

Step 3
