On the holiday of all lovers, every craftswoman wants to please herself and her soul mate with a delicious delicacy. As you know, strawberries are one of the best edible aphrodisiacs, so your beloved will certainly not give up on strawberry mousse.
It is necessary
- - strawberries 300 gr
- - gelatin without additives 6 gr
- - gelatin with strawberry flavor 4 g
- - strawberry syrup 1 tablespoon
- - powdered sugar 3 tablespoons
- - proteins 4 pcs.
- - sugar 50 gr
- - low-fat cream 200 ml
- - lemon juice 1 tablespoon
- - water
Instructions
Step 1
Mix and soak all 10 grams of gelatin in cold water. For the best effect - don't overdo it with the amount of water!
Step 2
In a saucepan, combine lemon juice, strawberry syrup and water. Then cut 300 g of strawberries, add them to the resulting mixture and put on fire. After boiling, reduce the heat and, stirring occasionally, hold until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 3
Squeeze the gelatin out of the water and add to the strawberries in a saucepan, stirring well.
Step 4
Puree the strawberries (this is best done in a cream blender). Be sure to also beat the whites into a firm lather, gradually adding the powdered sugar. Add the proteins in portions to the resulting strawberry puree and mix, trying to avoid thickening.
Step 5
Divide the mousse into molds and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. After this time, the dish can be decorated to your taste and served to the festive table!
