Persimmon is rich in calcium, magnesium, vitamins A, C, P, pectin. Chicken liver is a source of protein and iron. I propose to combine two wonderful products and prepare a great dish.
It is necessary
- - chicken liver - 500 g;
- - persimmon - 2 pcs.;
- - green grapes - 100 g;
- - honey - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - vegetable oil - 50 g;
- - ground black pepper - a pinch;
- - salt - 0.5 tsp;
- - greens - 2 branches.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the persimmon into thin slices, fry on both sides in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. Put it gently on a plate.
Step 2
In the same oil, fry the chicken liver (whole) until tender. Salt and pepper.
Step 3
The honey must be melted in a water bath to a liquid state.
Step 4
We cut each grape lengthwise into two parts and remove the seeds.
Step 5
Add melted honey, grapes, persimmon slices to the liver. Simmer over low heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring very gently.
