  • - Frozen corn, 100 g;
  • - Eggs, 4 pcs.;
  • - Salt, 1 tsp;
  • - Ground pepper (black), 1 tsp;
  • - Parsley, 20 g.

Instructions

Step 1

You should start by slicing potatoes. Cut the peeled potatoes into slices of equal thickness. Determine the amount of potatoes yourself. You can take 100-150 grams.

It is advisable to wet the moisture on the potatoes a little. For this, you can use regular napkins.

Place the potatoes in a frying pan over low heat.

Remove seeds and cut into cubes by half each bell pepper of various colors, place with potatoes.

Then season the resulting mixture with chopped garlic, add pepper and salt.
