To prepare this dish, you need to take a good mood and a bit of culinary skills.
It is necessary
- - Fresh potatoes, 100-150 g;
- - Bulgarian pepper, two pieces of different colors;
- - Olive oil, 50 ml;
- - Fresh tomatoes, 200 g;
- - Garlic cloves, 3 pcs.;
- - Frozen corn, 100 g;
- - Eggs, 4 pcs.;
- - Salt, 1 tsp;
- - Ground pepper (black), 1 tsp;
- - Parsley, 20 g.
Instructions
Step 1
You should start by slicing potatoes. Cut the peeled potatoes into slices of equal thickness. Determine the amount of potatoes yourself. You can take 100-150 grams.

It is advisable to wet the moisture on the potatoes a little. For this, you can use regular napkins.

Place the potatoes in a frying pan over low heat.

Remove seeds and cut into cubes by half each bell pepper of various colors, place with potatoes.

Then season the resulting mixture with chopped garlic, add pepper and salt.

Wait a few minutes and add two hundred grams of tomatoes and one hundred grams of frozen corn, cut into small pieces.

Take an empty bowl and whisk four eggs in it. Add parsley, dill and salt to the eggs.

Pour the eggs into the pan, making sure first that the potatoes are soft.
