    • Potatoes - 5 pcs.
    • Onions - 1 pc.
    • Olive oil - 0.5 liters
    • Milk - 1 tbsp. the spoon
    • Flour - 1 tbsp. the spoon
    • Salt
    • pepper
    • greens to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into small cubes with a side of half a centimeter or into thin slices.

Step 2

Peel the onion, cut it into thin half rings.

Step 3

Heat 4 tablespoons in a skillet. tablespoons of olive oil and fry the onions in it. Add the potatoes to the fry, season with salt and cover with the remaining oil. The oil should completely cover the potatoes. Grill over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Step 4

Whisk eggs in a large bowl, combine with milk, add salt, seasoning and chopped fresh herbs.

Step 5

When the potatoes are cooked, catch them out of the oil with a slotted spoon, put them on a paper towel or in a sieve to drain the oil, let dry, then combine with the egg mass and mix gently (you no longer need the onion and oil with which the potatoes were fried).

Step 6

Pour the potato and egg mass into a hot skillet and cook over low heat, without stirring, but shaking occasionally so that the tortilla does not burn. When the tortilla is browned on one side, turn it over and brown on the other.
