  • - potatoes - 400 g;

  • - tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • - bell pepper - 1 pc.;
  • - garlic - 2 cloves;
  • - canned corn - 0, 5 cans;
  • - dried basil;
  • - fresh parsley;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut into 0.5 cm thick circles. If the tubers are large, the circles can be cut in half.

Step 2

Finely chop the garlic, grate or crush through a press.

Step 3

Lubricate the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil. Layer the sliced potatoes, sprinkle with garlic on top. Close the cover. In the multicooker, set the "Baking" mode for 30 minutes.

Step 4

In the meantime, prepare the vegetables. Drain the corn. Cut the bell peppers and tomatoes into small cubes.

Step 5

After 20 minutes, open a slow cooker, put peppers, tomatoes and corn on top. Add salt. Stir everything, close the lid and cook until the end of the program.

Step 6

Prepare your tortilla potting. Chop the parsley. Break the eggs into a separate bowl, beat them lightly with a whisk or fork, add chopped herbs, dried basil and salt to taste.

Step 7

After the end of the program, open the lid of the multicooker and pour in the egg mixture without stirring. Close the lid and set the Bake setting for 20 minutes. The Spanish tortilla can be served.
