Instructions
Step 1
Grind the garlic and pepper in a meat grinder. Mix with dressing, chop fresh herbs.
Step 2
Place in a three-liter jar in layers: coarsely chopped tomatoes, a mixture of vegetables, herbs.
Step 3
Close the jar with a lid, put it in the refrigerator upside down - this is necessary so that the appetizer on top is already ready for use after eight hours (this is how much you need to put the appetizer in the refrigerator).
