An unusual spicy snack made from fresh tomatoes will appeal to all family members. You can use it as an addition to any side dishes, as well as as an independent dish.
Ingredients for making Korean-style tomatoes:
- 2 kg of fresh medium-sized tomatoes;
- 4-5 bell peppers;
- 10-14 medium cloves of garlic;
- 1-2 pods of hot red pepper;
- any greens to choose from;
- 100 ml of 6% table vinegar;
- 100 grams of granulated sugar;
- 100 ml of refined vegetable oil;
- 60-70 grams of salt.
Cooking Korean Quick Tomatoes
- Tomatoes should be chosen not too large and firm enough, otherwise porridge may turn out.
- Rinse the tomatoes well, dry and cut in half or into 4 pieces.
- Both types of pepper, as well as garlic, must be minced or blended. Mix chopped vegetables with finely chopped herbs of different types.
- In prepared jars, lay the appetizer in layers: first, tomato slices, then a mixture of other vegetables and again tomatoes.
- Pour dressing into each can. To prepare it, mix vinegar, sugar, vegetable oil and salt in a separate bowl.
- Close the jars tightly with lids and put them upside down in the hololnik overnight.
- You can leave the appetizer for a day, the bulette is even tastier.
- After the allotted time has passed, the cans can be stored in their usual position, neck up.
