It is necessary

  • - fresh tomatoes - 1 kg;
  • - sweet bell pepper - 2 pcs.;
  • - garlic - 1 head;
  • - carrots - 1 pc.;
  • - salt - 1 tablespoon;
  • - sugar - 50 g;
  • - refined vegetable oil - 50 ml;
  • - vinegar 9% - 50 ml;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - ground red pepper;
  • - coriander;
  • - greens.

Instructions

Step 1

With tomatoes, do the following: rinse thoroughly, dry, then cut each into 2 equal parts. Vegetables are best used medium in size.

Step 2

Chop the peeled carrots using a special Korean carrot grater or on a simple grater of the largest size.

Step 3

After removing the core from the pepper, chop it with a meat grinder, then mix with garlic passed through a press or fine grater. Then add any greens finely chopped with a knife there. Mix everything as it should.

Step 4

Taking a glass two-liter jar, put the tomatoes cut into halves into it, not at random, but in layers. Sprinkle every first tomato layer with grated carrots and pepper mixture, and every second with coriander, black and red pepper or any other seasoning.

Step 5

Mix sunflower oil with the following ingredients: granulated sugar, salt and vinegar. Stir everything until the ingredients dissolve. Pour the resulting mixture into a jar of vegetables.

Step 6

Close the jar tightly with a lid, turn it over and send it to the refrigerator for at least 8-12 hours. This is enough time for the vegetables to marinate. After the expiration of the time, you can take a sample from the received dish. Korean-style tomatoes are ready!
