Stuffed squash

This dish is unusual and original, primarily due to its interesting design. Perfect to surprise and pamper your family or guests. Moreover, its recipe is quite simple, and preparation does not take much time.

Ingredients:

- squash, 1 whole piece (about 200-300 grams);

- chicken meat, 300 grams;

- bow, 1 head;

- carrots, 1 medium piece;

- garlic to taste;

- salt pepper.

Recipe:

Wash the squash and carefully cut off the top (horizontally) along with the stalk. Peel it from the pulp, leaving only the walls, about 1-2 cm wide. From the inside, grease the squash with salt. Cut the removed pulp into cubes, and then fry in a pan, having previously greased it with vegetable oil. Wash the chicken meat, separate from the bones (if it is not fillet) and twist in a meat grinder.

If you want to get juicy minced meat, do not remove the skin from the chicken.

Peel the onions and carrots, chop finely or grate. Chop the garlic with a garlic press. Combine minced chicken, onions, squash, carrots and garlic and mix well. Add a pinch of pepper and salt. Put the resulting mixture inside the squash, close the top with the previously cut top. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and bake the squash for 40-60 minutes. Serve it whole, and then you can cut it into pieces.

Fried squash

This is a fairly tasty and satisfying dish that goes well with meat. It is easy to prepare, and the taste will delight even real gourmets.

Ingredients:

- squash, 4 pcs;

- cheese, 150 grams;

- eggs, 3 pcs;

- sunflower oil for frying;

- butter;

- greens;

- bread crumbs.

Recipe:

Peel the squash, cut the pulp into large pieces, salt and fry in a skillet with sunflower oil.

Grind the cheese. Add 2 eggs, butter, finely chopped herbs, salt to it. Transfer the mixture to a cauldron and heat.

A cauldron is a special cookware with thick walls and a round bottom.

Crack the remaining 1 egg and beat a little. Prepare breadcrumbs. Using the resulting hot mixture (from a cauldron), blind in two pieces of squash, dip them in an egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Fry in a hot skillet until browned, after greasing it with sunflower oil.
