Easy to prepare baked goods. These lingonberry rings can be prepared during fasting when vegetable oil is allowed. Well suited for quiet tea drinking with the family.
It is necessary
- - 2, 5 glasses of flour;
- - 0.75 cups brown sugar;
- - 0.25 cups of vegetable oil;
- - 1, 5 cups lingonberries;
- - 200 ml of water;
- - 11 g dry yeast;
- - half a lemon;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of hazelnuts;
- - 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar, vanilla sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour flour, brown and vanilla sugar, dry yeast into a bowl, stir. Pour in water and vegetable oil, knead the dough, leave to rise for half an hour.
Step 2
Make the filling: cut the lemon into pieces along with the zest, remove the seeds from it. Place lemon and rinsed lingonberries in a blender bowl and blend until smooth. Transfer to a saucepan, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, cook until thickened over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Divide the dough into two parts, roll out in the form of a rectangle 20x30 cm, spread the filling over the surface, retreating from the edge 1-1.5 cm. Do not make the filling layer thick, otherwise it will flow out. You can sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts.
Step 4
Now mentally divide the dough rectangle into three parts. Bend the upper part to the middle, covering with the lower part, also to the middle. It will look like a roll, pinch the edges of the dough, press down slightly with a rolling pin. Cut the roll into strips 3 cm wide. Twist each strip 2-3 times - hold on one edge, twist on the other. Now connect the two ends and pinch - you get rings.
Step 5
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, lightly coat with vegetable oil, put the rings on it. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the slightly cooled lingonberry rings with powdered sugar.
