Anthill cake is an original dessert consisting of ready-made products. The cooking time is 40-60 minutes, after which the cake should stand in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours, so it is most convenient to cook it overnight and serve it in the morning.

- - cookies "for tea" (or any similar: "for coffee", "sweet tooth", etc.) - 400-500 grams;
- - walnuts - 1 glass;
- - boiled condensed milk - 1 can;
- - butter 82, 5% fat - 1 pack (100 grams).
- Additional ingredients (optional):
- - poppy - 5 grams.

Step 1
The first step is to grind the walnuts into small pieces, but not to powder. We need 1 cup of chopped nuts, you can add a little more - if desired.

The next step is crushing the cookies. Break the cookies (400-500 grams) into small pieces, but not until crumbs. This process takes a lot of time, so be patient or call your loved ones for help.

Melt the butter (82.5% fat, 100 grams). It is best to get the pack out of the refrigerator in advance, so that it softens, you can put it next to the battery or stove.

We take a large container, put melted butter and boiled condensed milk (1 can) there, mix thoroughly.

Add chopped nuts to the resulting mass, mix.

And finally, add the crushed cookies, it is better to do this in several stages, then mix thoroughly.

From the resulting mass, we form a slide (anthill) on a large plate or board. Sprinkle with poppy seeds on top (optional).
