Dishes that you can take with you to nature must meet several conditions: firstly, they should not be perishable, and secondly, they should not require special difficulties during transportation. For example, meat, salads and snacks can be packed in plastic containers with tight-fitting lids, sauces and drinks in sealed bottles, and fruits and bread in ordinary plastic or paper bags.
Chicken breast salad with apples and radishes
Ingredients:
- 600 g chicken breast fillet
- 4 radishes
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 small green apple
- 100 g rucolla green salad
- 50 ml low-fat sour cream
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise
- salt pepper
Cooking step by step:
1. Rinse the fillet, free from films, if necessary. Place in a pot of water and boil until tender. Then wait until the meat has cooled down and take it apart by hand into fibers or cut into thin strips.
2. Combine sour cream and mayonnaise, add chicken slices. Cut the vegetables, let them dry - for this, you can lay a colander with paper towels and place the vegetables there. Chop the celery stalks thinly, cut the radish into round slices. Cut the peeled apple into small pieces.
3. Stir the vegetable mixture into the chicken, add the washed, dried and hand-torn green salad, stir and season to taste.
Tip: this salad should be eaten, spreading it on slices of bread, gray or buckwheat is ideal for sandwiches
Canapé snack
Ingredients:
- 200 g of hard cheese
- 150 g ham
- 1 fresh cucumber
- 4 radishes
How to do it:
1. Cut all food into cubes of the same size. Take wooden toothpicks or special plastic cupboards and string the ingredients alternately.
Tip: instead of cucumber, radish and ham with cheese, some fruits also go well, for example, grapes and pears - they can also be used in making canapes, it will come out very tasty
Cabbage and pepper salad with shrimps
Ingredients:
- 300 g fresh white cabbage
- 1 cup boiled shrimp
- 2 sweet red bell peppers
- 1 small bunch fresh dill
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise
- salt
Cooking in stages:
1. Wash the cabbage, let it dry and cut into thin strips. Season with salt and remember with your hands so that the cabbage softens and gives some juice.
2. Wash peppers, blot with paper kitchen towels to get rid of excess moisture. Then remove the stalk, seeds and septa. Cut the peppers into very thin rings, if not, then into half rings.
3. Wash the dill greens. shake off drops, grind. Stir all the ingredients of the salad, season with sauce, sprinkle with dill on top.
Tip: You can cut thick soft pita bread into slices, roll it into cones and fill it with shrimp salad for an interesting light snack
Pork in onion marinade
Ingredients:
- 1 kg pork
- 1 kg of onions
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- salt pepper
Cooking in stages:
1. Rinse the meat thoroughly, pat dry with paper towels, then cut across the grain into pieces about the size of a box of matches. If you cut the pork along the grain, then it will bake worse and will curl during cooking.
2. Peel the onion and pass it through a meat grinder. Put the resulting puree on the bottom of a deep saucepan, place the meat on top, then another layer of onions, then again the pork and chopped onions. Refrigerate and store covered for 24 hours.
3. Remove the meat 60 minutes before cooking, remove the excess onion pulp, season with spices, add oil and stir. Skewer the meat along the grain and grill until tender.

Lavash with filling
Ingredients:
- 1 thin Armenian lavash
- 100 g butter
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 5 tbsp. tablespoons of chopped fresh herbs
- 6 slices of cheese
- 6 slices of cooked ham
- 1/2 fresh orurets
- lettuce leaves
- salt pepper
Cooking step by step:
1. Remove the butter from the refrigerator beforehand to soften. Peel the garlic, cut it in half, remove the green center - then the taste of the garlic will be less harsh, and this trick will also save you from strong garlic odor from the mouth. Pass the pulp of garlic through a press.
2. Combine softened butter, garlic, herbs and spices. Cut the lavash into 4 parts, grease each part with green butter. Top with lettuce leaves, finely chopped ham, cheese and cucumber.
3. Roll the pita bread into a roll, then wrap with cling film, place in a plastic container and put in the refrigerator. Before serving, remove the film and cut the pita bread into pieces. This simple recipe can be varied by adding other toppings.
Onion rings in dough
Ingredients:
- 3 large onions
- 1 glass + 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sunflower oil
- 150 g wheat flour
- 330 ml light beer
- 1 egg
- a pinch of salt
Cooking in stages:
1. For the dough, combine wheat flour, yolk, 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil and salt. While stirring, gently pour in the beer. Beat the mixture with a whisk - you should get a fairly thick mixture. Beat the egg white and gently stir into the dough.
2. Wash the bulbs, peel and cut into rings. Dip the onion rings into the batter and then fry in a deep skillet with vegetable oil on both sides until a beautiful golden crust appears. If the rings stick together, carefully pry them off with a spatula. Place on paper towels to absorb excess oil. It is better to serve this appetizer warm with sauce.
Onion ring sauce
Ingredients:
- 200 g mayonnaise
- 100 g ketchup
- 40 ml brandy
- fresh herbs
- salt pepper
How to do:
Wash the greens, chop. Mix all the ingredients of the recipe in the right proportion, season with salt and ground pepper to taste. Serve the sauce over the onion rings.
Sandwiches with nuts
Ingredients:
- 10 slices of bread
- 50 g processed cheese
- 50 g butter
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of thick mayonnaise
- salt
Cooking step by step:
1. Soften the butter. Grate the melted cheese on a coarse or fine grater. Chop the walnuts. Peel the garlic and finely chop or pass through a garlic press.
2. Stir in the processed cheese, butter, garlic, nuts and mayonnaise; season with salt to taste. Spread the cheese and peanut butter on the bread. You can decorate with fresh herbs.
Club sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 6 slices of wheat toaster bread
- 180 g chicken breast
- 6 slices of salami
- 3 boiled eggs
- 2 tomatoes
- green lettuce
- 8 tbsp. tablespoons of sour cream
- 2 tsp mustard
- salt pepper
Cooking in stages:
1. Brown the slices of bread in a toaster, in a dry skillet or in the oven on a baking sheet so that they are slightly browned. Cut in half diagonally to make triangles.
2. Stir in sour cream and mustard (preferably sweet) and spread on slices of bread. Grate chicken breast with spices and fry until tender, cut into slices. You can pre-boil the meat, and then lightly fry in a pan until blush.
3. Put the chicken slices on half of the bread, put the salami on top, sprinkle with the chopped egg, cover with lettuce and a circle of tomato. Fold the triangles of the bread in pairs, hold together with wooden skewers.
Tomato sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 8 slices of wheat bread
- 3 large meaty tomatoes
- 1/3 cup thick, creamy mayonnaise
- 1/2 lemon
- fresh herbs
- salt pepper
Cooking step by step:
1. Grate the zest of the lemon (half a teaspoon) and squeeze out the juice (1 teaspoon is required). Wash greens, chop, mix mayonnaise, herbs, lemon juice and zest, season with spices to taste.
2. Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices. Brown the bread in a skillet without adding oil or in a toaster. You can also grill it. Brush slices of bread with mayonnaise sauce. Place tomato slices on 4 slices, collect 4 sandwiches - mayonnaise should be inside.
Sausages in beer
Ingredients:
- 6 bavarian sausages
- 6 oblong wheat buns
- 330 ml beer
- 1 onion
- 6 black peppercorns
- 4 cloves
- sweet mustard
Cooking in stages:
1. Peel the onion, chop the pulp. Crush hard in a mortar. Combine chopped onions, spices and beer in a deep bowl and add the sausages. Let them marinate for 20 minutes.
2. Remove the sausages from the marinade, peel off excess onion pulp and grill on all sides until golden brown for about ten minutes.
3. Cut the wheat buns in half, put a sausage in each and brush on top with mustard.
