It is necessary

  • - 500-800 grams of frozen shrimp;
  • - fresh salad leaves;
  • - lemon;
  • - 100 grams of sour cream;
  • - 100 grams of mayonnaise;
  • - a clove of garlic.

Instructions

Step 1

Put a saucepan with a little water on the fire: it should cover the bottom of the container by about three fingers. Bring liquid to a boil and stir 2 tablespoons. salt and bay leaf. Then place the frozen shrimp. Wait about 5 minutes and remove the pan from heat. Drain and gently peel the shell of the shrimp. It is important not to overexpose seafood in boiling water, otherwise it will become tough and dry.

Step 2

Rinse the lettuce leaves thoroughly under running water and dry well. Then tear them with your hands into equal pieces with sides of about 2 cm. Put the leaves on a nice dish or in a salad bowl and distribute evenly.

Step 3

Prepare the sauce. To do this, mix sour cream and mayonnaise in a separate container. Squeeze one small clove of garlic into the resulting mass and mix well again. If you don't want to add garlic to the dressing, cut the clove in half and brush over the salad bowl. You can add a little ketchup to give the sauce a nice pink hue.

Step 4

Gently pour the sauce into the middle of the lettuce layer, and lay the pre-prepared shrimp nicely on top of it. Sprinkle the salad with lemon juice and serve. If you wish, you can decorate the dish with sprigs of dill or basil.
