Delicate-tasting julienne with mushrooms and chicken can be prepared like this. For two servings, you will need very simple ingredients (if there are more eaters at the table, the number of products will multiply accordingly). Firstly, you will need 2 chicken breasts or 2 pieces of chicken fillet 200-300 g each. It is better to choose a fillet - it is more convenient to cut it. Secondly, champignons - 300 g will be enough. For dressing: 100 g of cheese, 200 g of sour cream, salt and pepper. You can fry mushrooms and chicken in vegetable oil.

Wash the chicken fillet and cut into small cubes. Take a heavy-bottomed skillet and pour vegetable oil into it. Fry pieces of chicken fillet in it until golden brown, at the end of frying, salt and pepper them. Wash the champignons, also cut into pieces, fry until tender.

Combine the fried mushrooms and chicken, mix everything and season with sour cream. Divide the resulting mixture over the cocotte makers. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top. Now everything must be placed in the oven, preheated to two hundred degrees, for baking. In the oven, julienne must be kept for 20 minutes. Before serving, you can decorate the dish with finely chopped herbs.
