Fish is the most important product that is an integral part of the human diet. To increase its shelf life, mankind has invented many ways, one of which is salting. I suggest trying the easiest way to cook salted pink salmon, which requires a very small amount of effort and patience.
It is necessary
- - 1 kilogram of pink salmon fillet;
- - 1 large onion;
- - 1 lemon;
- - 1 medium bunch of dill greens;
- - half a bunch of green onions;
- - 100 milliliters of sunflower oil;
- - 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar;
- - 2 tablespoons of mustard (ready-made);
- - 2 tablespoons of vinegar 3%;
- - 3 tablespoons of salt;
- - ground black pepper - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Fish fillets are washed in running water, then blotted with a napkin. Place the fish in an enamel pan in such a way that there is no empty space at the bottom. Pour half the amount of sunflower oil on top.
Step 2
Parsley and dill are thoroughly washed in running water and finely chopped. Green onions are also washed and cut. The fourth part of the greens is left for making the sauce, the main amount is mixed with granulated sugar, spices and salt are added and the pink salmon fillet is covered with this mixture.
Step 3
Cover the pan with a lid or cling film and refrigerate for a couple of days.
Step 4
Mix mustard with vinegar, add the remaining vegetable oil, herbs and put in a cool place for fifteen minutes.
Step 5
The onions are peeled, washed and cut into rings. The lemon is washed and cut into thin slices. When serving, the fillets can be sprinkled with sauce and garnished with lemon and onions.
