Pink salmon is a dietary product, it is good in any form: fried and salted, baked or boiled. This fish is nutritious due to its high protein content. We suggest you cook lightly salted pink salmon yourself, which will be tastier than the purchased one.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 1, 2 kg of fresh pink salmon;
- - 1 lemon;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of salt;
- - 1 teaspoon of sugar;
- - allspice black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a medium-sized pink salmon carcass, peel it, gut it. Cut off the tail, fins and head. Try to very carefully remove all bones from the pink salmon, do not damage the skin on the back. After that, rinse the hump under cold running water, dry it slightly.
Step 2
Place prepared fish fillets in a plastic container or plastic tray, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with a little salt on top. Sprinkle the fish generously with fresh lemon juice. This should take the juice from one whole lemon.
Step 3
Leave the fish in a cold place for one day so that it is well salted. After this period, lightly salted pink salmon can be eaten. It can be added to salads and cold snacks, made sandwiches with it, or served as a stand-alone snack with lemon wedges and fresh parsley.
