It is necessary

  • Coconut base.
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes - 3 cups and one third,
  • egg whites (eggs of the CO category) - 3 pcs,
  • powdered sugar - one and a half glasses,
  • vanilla extract - incomplete teaspoon.
  • Orange filling.
  • Egg yolks - 4 pcs, condensed milk - 1 can, orange oil (can be replaced with extract) - half a teaspoon, orange juice - half a glass, zest of two oranges.

Instructions

Step 1

We heat the oven to 190 degrees.

In a medium bowl, mix the coconut flakes with the egg whites, stir and add one and a half cups of powdered sugar (maybe smaller) and vanilla, mix well again.

Grease the tart mold with butter. We spread the protein-coconut mixture into the mold and press it against the sides and bottom to get the base.

Step 2

Bake the base for about 10 minutes until light brown (the edges should turn golden). Let cool slightly. Reduce the temperature in the oven to 160 degrees.

Step 3

Preparing the orange filling for the tart.

We set the base to cool, it's time to start filling. Take a medium bowl and mix the egg yolks with the condensed milk in it. Mix well and add orange extract and oil, mix again. Add freshly squeezed orange juice and grated zest, mix.

Step 4

Fill the base with the resulting filling and set it to bake for 15 minutes (the filling should become thick). Let the tartu cool slightly and put it in the refrigerator.
